As an Administration Officer working with us, you will support the Clinical Team to ensure successful delivery of the Students with Disability Assessment Service.
This role entails all aspects of administration to deliver the service and meet all contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Students with Disability Assessment Service is a statewide assessment service whichconductscognitive and language assessments of students with probable disabilities on behalf of the state government Department of Education (DE).
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for:Receiving incoming calls from a range of stakeholdersUpdating and maintaining the program databaseEnd to end processing of detailed referrals for assessmentsLiaison with various internal and external stakeholdersDoes this describe you?
To be successful in your application you will have:Experience in administration rolesStrong customer service skills with a focus on excellent stakeholder engagementExceptional attention to detail (spelling, punctuation, grammar)Demonstrated experience to multi-task in a very busy environment, including handling a high volume of incoming callsDiversity and InclusionWe value diversity - in the backgrounds, ideas, work styles and perspectives of our team.
