You will be the primary point of accountability for operations, maintenance, WHS, and contractor performance, with support from a small FM team.In this role, you will:Oversee day-to-day FM delivery including building operations, PPM schedules, contractor performance, common area presentation, and access controlEnsure WHS compliance and manage all property risk items in line with CBRE and client requirementsManage essential services certification, the AFSS process, building compliance, and asset registersDrive ESG performance across the portfolio and contribute to Strategic Asset Plans and sustainability targetsSupport capital works, tenant fitout approvals, and procurement activityPrepare monthly reports and attend key tenant and client meetingsDirect management of 1 FMAbout YouYou have solid commercial FM experience and the technical knowledge to manage a live building portfolio confidently.
You work independently, manage contractors well,
