With a high-profile office fit-out project located in the heart of the CBD, this opportunity will see you working alongside an experienced project delivery team to deliver a quality outcome for a prestigious client.Your New Role:As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day site management of a commercial office fit-out project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on program and to the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and coordinating subcontractors on siteDriving project program and achieving key milestonesOverseeing site safety and ensuring WHS complianceConducting toolbox talks, inductions and site inspectionsManaging site logistics, deliveries and access requirementsMonitoring quality assurance and defect managementLiaising with clients,



consultants and building managementMaintaining daily site records and progress reportingSupporting project completion and handover activitiesWhat You'll Need to Succeed:Proven experience supervising commercial office fit-out projectsStrong understanding of commercial interiors, finishes and services coordinationExperience managing multiple trades within fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSound understanding of WHS legislation and site compliance requirementsAbility to work autonomously and proactively solve problemsWhite Card (essential)First Aid Certificate and trade background highly regardedProcore experienceWhat You'll Get in Return:Competitive hourly or daily contract rateImmediate startOpportunity to work with a respected commercial fit-out contractorCollaborative and supportive project teamPotential future contract opportunities upon successful project completion
