You will be responsible for developing and executing TAB Resources' growth strategy, building strategic client relationships across heavy industry, engineering, fabrication and energy sectors, and identifying and converting recent business opportunities.

You will secure work across project management, engineering, fabrication, construction and industrial services, build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities, and lead tender, proposal and client engagement activities.

- Securing work across project management, engineering, fabrication, construction and industrial services
- Building and managing a qualified pipeline of opportunities
- Leading tender, proposal and client engagement activities
- Supporting brand awareness initiatives through industry engagement, networking and client-focused marketing activities
- Contributing to TAB Resources' social media presence, project showcases,



case studies and thought leadership content
- Representing TAB Resources at industry events, conferences and networking functions

About you

- Proven business development success in heavy industry, engineering, fabrication, project services or energy
- Strong industry relationships and networks
- Proven experience securing and growing contracts valued from $500k to >$10M
- Experience selling project, engineering, maintenance or technical service solutions
- Commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management expertise
- Understanding of project-based delivery environments
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to directly influence business growth
