About The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of a Resource Development Earthworks team in the Pilbara. This includes management and support of site coordinators, field supervisors and maintenance support teams.

You will also organise, plan and manage direct site labour and ensure effective workforce planning. Build and maintain key interface relationships with clients, site teams and corporate leadership team.

About You

- Experience in Exploration Earthworks




- Strong leadership, technical and interpersonal abilities to enable effective planning, execution and completion of projects
- Senior Engineering or Project Management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team first leadership style driving expectations from the front
- Solid knowledge of the Mines Safety and Inspection and the OH&S; Acts and Regulations
- Proactive planning of works
- Understanding of safety expectations in a mining environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent time management with ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
- S26 required
- Tertiary qualifications desirable
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
