Ventia is seeking an Operations & Maintenance Manager to lead delivery of maintenance services across East and Central regions of the VIMC contract. You will report to the Project Director and drive safety, productivity and customer outcomes while ensuring contractual obligations are met.
You will oversee planning, scheduling and resource allocation, manage field teams and subcontractors, and work with clients and government partners to deliver reliable and secure transport infrastructure
