Forth Farm Produce Pty Ltd Harvest Moon (Forth Farm Produce Pty Ltd) is one of Australia's largest fresh vegetable suppliers. We supply 100% Australian fresh vegetables to major Australian food retailers and to our export markets. We grow roughly 70,000 tons of carrots, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, beans, swede, and beetroot annually in and around the township of Forth in northern Tasmania and just outside Narrandera in Current South Wales. We operate two other sites on mainland Australia, in Werribee South (Victoria) and Gatton (Queensland). Our mainland growing, production and logistics capabilities give Harvest Moon nationwide exposure through markets and retail networks. From this market leading position, we work incredibly hard to keep improving the quality of our produce and meet our consumers' desires for 100% Australian fresh produce all year round. We are looking for experienced Diesel Fitters to join our team in Forth, TAS on a permanent, full time basis. As a Diesel Fitter, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our fleet of specialised farming machinery and equipment. This role includes both workshop-based and in-field servicing work, ensuring that all of our equipment operate efficiently and reliably to support the overarching business activity of growing 100% Australian fresh vegetables. Your day-to-day tasks and duties include: Contribute to the overall operational efficiency and productivity of the business through reliable equipment maintenance. Perform routine maintenance, servicing, diagnostics,



and repairs on heavy diesel agricultural farming equipment (tractors, harvester, spray rigs, truck and trailers). Conduct inspections and tests to identify issues and ensure equipment is in optimal working condition; Collect oil samples for analysis. Monitor the condition of the equipment and detect potential issues before they become major problems. Use diagnostic tools and software to accurately pinpoint mechanical problems. Implement effective solutions if the problem can be addressed straightaway. Ensure maintenance and repair are performed in accordance with manufacturer's manuals; Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance and repair tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
