Mahogany Bar | Food and Beverage Supervisor | Max Term (18months)

We have an exciting opportunity at Crown Resorts Sydney seeking a confident and motivated hospitality professional to join our Gaming Floor as a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a max term. The role is located in Mahogany Bar, located within Crown Sydney's premium gaming environment, this role delivers high-volume, luxury beverage service to gaming guests across the main gaming floor and private gaming areas.

About You:

Previous supervisory experience in a premium bar, gaming floor or high-volume hospitality environment

Strong leadership capability with a passion for coaching, mentoring and developing teams

Exceptional presentation and grooming standards suited to a luxury environment

Comfortable engaging with guests and leading by example in a highly visible role

Strong organisational, decision-making and time-management skills

Ability to succeed in a quick-paced, service-driven environment

Flexibility to work a rotating roster across a 24/7 operation (overnights required)

Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card required

Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Special Employee Licence (subject to police and credit checks)

The Role:
Gaming Floor Bars play an integral role in Crown Sydney's premium gaming experience, delivering luxury beverage service across both the main gaming floor and private gaming areas. As Bar Supervisor, you will support the management team in driving service excellence, fostering a high-performing team culture, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects the exceptional standards synonymous with Crown Sydney. Working within a dynamic 24/7 environment, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences while contributing to the ongoing success of the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading bar teams during service to deliver exceptional guest experiences





Supporting daily operations across the gaming floor and private gaming areas

Coaching, mentoring and motivating team members to achieve high performance

Maintaining luxury service standards in a rapid-paced workplace

Building strong relationships with guests through proactive engagement

Monitoring operational efficiency and supporting continuous improvement initiatives

Ensuring compliance with RSA, gaming, safety and operating procedures

Creating a positive team culture focused on service excellence

You'll Bring:

Experience supervising teams within premium bar, gaming or hospitality environments

A genuine passion for luxury service and guest engagement

Strong operational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Excellent communication and leadership skills

High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

Confidence working in a guest-facing gaming environment

An ability to support and inspire teams while consistently leading by example

Desirable

Chinese, Thai /or Vietnamese language skills desired
