The Trustee for Highfields Gardens Trust We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Childcare Worker - Group Leader to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs for your group, while creating a secure, nurturing and stimulating environment for children in your care. You will work closely with families, colleagues and management to support each child's individual development and wellbeing. safe and stimulating learning environment Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies and the National Quality Standard Assisting children with daily routines, including meals, rest and personal care Qualification & experience A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent) is required for this role A minimum of 12 months of relevant experience in this role is required Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills A genuine passion for early childhood education and child development About Company Toowoomba Gardens Early Learning Centre is a privately owned and operated early learning centre located in the heart of Toowoomba, at 165 Anzac Ave, Harristown QLD 4350.
