High Reach Forklift Operator / Stock Picker

South-East Melbourne | Full-Time Permanent Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator / Stock Picker to join a growing and highly professional operation based in Melbourne's South-East.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern facility and become part of a hands-on team responsible for keeping operations moving efficiently.

The Role

You will be responsible for a range of warehouse and logistics duties, including:

- Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Moving, staging and replenishing stock
- Supplying materials to operational areas as required
- Accurate stock picking and order preparation
- Palletising, wrapping and labelling goods
- Loading and unloading trucks and containers
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
- General warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Working safely and following all workplace procedures

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:





- A current LF Forklift Licence
- Proven experience operating a high reach or double reach forklift
- Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Strong stock picking and inventory accuracy
- Experience loading and unloading trucks or containers
- A strong focus on workplace safety
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- A reliable attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work comfortably in both ambient and temperature-controlled environments when required
