4-Day Work Week | Eastwood SA | Flexible, Supportive & Growing Team
At All Things Therapy, we’re growing our small, close-knit Occupational Therapy team and would love to welcome another OT to join us in Eastwood.
Whether you’re a new graduate, an experienced clinician or somewhere in between, we’re interested in finding the right person, not someone who ticks every box.
We offer flexibility, genuine support and opportunities to grow your role around your clinical interests and areas of passion.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- 4-day work week
- Small, close-knit OT team
- Flexibility around your caseload and areas of interest
- Regular mentoring, supervision and professional development
- Opportunities to develop current skills and shape your role as we grow
- Purpose-built clinic in Eastwood, just outside the Adelaide CBD
- On-site parking available
- A mix of clinic and community-based work
- Neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach
- Supportive environment where asking questions and sharing ideas is encouraged
About the Role
Our OTs support children, adolescents and adults with a range of developmental, neurological and functional support needs.
Our clients may present with diagnoses or support needs associated with Autism, ADHD, intellectual disability, developmental differences and other neurological or developmental conditions.
While we work across the lifespan, we don't expect every OT to be interested in everything.
We encourage our clinicians to follow their areas of passion and professional development. Your caseload can evolve as your confidence, skills and interests grow.
Depending on your interests, your work may include:
- Sensory processing and regulation
- Emotional regulation
- Daily living skills and independence
- Fine motor and functional skill development
- Executive functioning
- Capacity building and community participation
- Functional assessments
- Working collaboratively with families, schools and other supports
We provide services primarily from our Eastwood clinic, alongside school, home and community visits where appropriate.
Skills We'd Love, But Don't Expect
If you already have an interest or experience in Assistive Technology assessment and prescription, we'd love to hear about it. This is an area we'd be happy to support the right clinician to further develop.
Experience or interest in developing and running therapy groups would also be a great addition to our team.
Neither is essential. We are much more interested in finding an OT who is engaged, thoughtful and keen to continue developing their clinical skills.
Who Might Be a Great Fit?
You might enjoy working with us if you:
- Value a warm, collaborative team environment
- Enjoy having flexibility in how your caseload develops
- Are comfortable asking for support and sharing ideas
- Want opportunities to explore different areas of OT practice
- Are passionate about neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice
- Want to keep learning without feeling like you need to know everything already
- Enjoy working independently while still being part of a supportive team
We welcome applications from new graduates and experienced OTs, including clinicians with predominantly paediatric or adult experience.
You don't need to arrive with experience across the lifespan. We'll support you to develop in the areas that interest you.
What You'll Need
- AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, or eligibility/pending registration
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Relevant worker screening and clearances, or willingness to obtain them
About All Things Therapy
All Things Therapy is a growing Occupational Therapy practice based in Eastwood, South Australia.
We're a small team and we want to keep the things we value as we grow: flexibility, connection, clinical autonomy and genuine support for one another.
We believe great clinicians develop when they're given the opportunity to explore what they're good at, build confidence in new areas and pursue the parts of OT they're genuinely passionate about.
We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and contribute to what our team becomes next.
Interested? We'd Love to Hear From You
If this sounds like the kind of environment you've been looking for, we'd love to have a conversation.
Our ideal commencement timeframe is October 2026, however we're flexible and happy to discuss a start date that works for the right person.
You don't need to meet every "ideal" skill listed above to apply.
Please send your resume to *****@allthingstherapy.com.au.
