About the Role
Join our dynamic Residential Communities & Home Building Business Unit in NSW as a Sales Estimator. You will produce accurate cost estimates and pricing to support the Sales team in preparing customer quotes and contracts. Your work ensures all submissions are competitive, accurate, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
Key Responsibilities

- Costing: Determine accurate costs and pricing for residential homes.
- Quoting: Prepare and issue accurate cost estimates within required timeframes.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Sales to align pricing with customer specifications.
- Sourcing: Work with suppliers and the estimating team for competitive pricing.
- Support: Assist the Estimating Manager with day-to-day operations.




- Communication: Manage and respond to internal and external pricing queries.
- Analysis: Support tender preparation, scope analysis, and cost comparisons.

Skills & Experience

- Qualifications: Trade qualifications within the Residential Building Industry.
- Service: Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
- Tech: High level of numeracy and proficiency in Estimating and Office apps.
- Interpersonal: Ability to build relationships with internal teams and suppliers.
