Your key duties will include (but are not limited to):

- Handle preliminary enquiries from prospective tenants when able providing general information from the rental list

- Maintain a high commitment to excellence in customer service

- Actively set out to lease listed properties in a timely manner

- Assist with promotional activities

- Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants

- Carry out tenant reference checking processes

- Achieve and report to management on set Key Performance Indicators





- Attend all internal training and meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant legislation

- The full-time position will involve Saturday work, with one day off during the week

To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

- Current Industry standard certification or licence

- Reliable car/drivers licence

- Excellent phone manner

- Corporate presentation

- An eye for attention to detail

- Strong computer skills

- Organised, reliable and be willing to take on a diverse range of tasks
