Knight Facilities Management is looking for an enthusiastic and analytically minded student or recent graduate to join our Corporate team as a Global Business & Finance Analyst.

Reporting directly to our Global Chief Operating Officer, this is an early-career development opportunity designed for someone with strong potential, curiosity and a genuine interest in how businesses operate across international markets.

You don't need to arrive with years of experience. We are looking for someone with the right foundations and the willingness to learn.

You will work alongside the Global COO on real business activities involving financial analysis, international market research, business performance, strategic planning and commercial projects. As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will progressively be given greater responsibility and ownership of projects.

What will you be doing?

- Building and maintaining financial models, forecasts and business cases with guidance and support.

- Gathering and analysing financial and operational information from Knight's businesses across different countries.

- Supporting research and analysis relating to potential investments, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic opportunities.

- Preparing presentations, briefing papers, dashboards and reports for senior leadership.

- Supporting annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and strategic reviews.

- Coordinating information and actions across international teams and business units.

- Assisting the Global COO with strategic and commercially sensitive projects.

- Tracking project actions, milestones and deliverables.

- Taking on greater responsibility for defined projects and workstreams as your skills and experience develop.

- Completing postgraduate studies after an undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline; or

- A recent graduate looking for your first full-time opportunity to start building your career.

International Business studies are highly regarded but aren't essential. We would also love to hear from Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or Business graduates with a genuine interest in international markets and global business.

Previous professional experience is not essential.

What are we looking for?

At this stage of your career, we don't expect you to know everything. What matters is that you have strong foundations and the potential to develop.

You will ideally bring:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.

- Curiosity and an interest in understanding how businesses work.

- A willingness to learn, ask questions and take initiative.

- Positive written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Confidence working with numbers and interpreting information.

- Good Microsoft Excel skills and an interest in developing your financial modelling capability.

- Confidence using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.

- The ability to research information and communicate your findings clearly.

- A professional approach when dealing with confidential information.

- An interest in international business, finance, strategy and commercial operations.

Above all, we're looking for someone who is bright, curious, motivated and keen to develop.
