The Role
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, we are seeking a dynamic and technically-capable Account Manager with a strong background in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, and Energy Optimisation to join our Sydney team. This role services one of our Tier 1 clients located in the CBD, where Airmaster has on-site presence with a dedicated office-space and trade team within their buildings.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-performance outcomes across HVAC, Building Automation and Energy initiatives.
This role requires a balance of technical understanding, client relationship management & commercial insight.
Key Competencies
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Experience in HVAC, Building Automation Systems and Energy Solutions
- Relevant Trade Qualification (HVAC, Refrigeration or Electrician)
- Ability to read Wiring Diagrams,
Technical Manuals, Mechanical Drawings, Standards and Plant Operating Instructions
- Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret financials and contribute to reporting
- Demonstrated knowledge of Essential Safety Measures and associated standards & regulations
- Experience leading a team of field and support staff to provide exceptional service to our customers
- Interest and aptitude for technical sales and support within the commercial and retail building industries
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases
