Our client is a leading manufacturer within the construction and industrial sector and is currently seeking experienced Yard Hands / Forklift Operators to join their busy Redbank operation.

Working within a fast-paced production and dispatch environment, you will play a key role in supporting yard operations, loading and unloading vehicles, stock movements, and maintaining safe and efficient workflow throughout the site.

Available Shifts

Day Shift

- Monday to Friday

- 5:00am – 1:00pm

- $38-$40 per hour casual

Night Shift

- Sunday to Thursday

- 9:00pm – 5:00am

- $48-$52hr Casual (inclusive of night shift loading)

Key Responsibilities

- Operating forklifts to move materials safely throughout the yard

- Loading, unloading and positioning trucks and trailers

- Assisting with dispatch, receivals and stock movements

- Supporting production and yard operations

- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment





What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence

- MC Truck Licence with Road Ranger gearbox experience (essential)

- Experience in manufacturing, transport, logistics or heavy industrial environments

- Confidence handling long, heavy and awkward loads safely

- Reliable, safety-focused and able to work day or night shift rosters
