BMS & Automation Engineer

A well‑established BMS and building automation contractor with over 30 years of operation and a team of 35+ staff. The business delivers projects across commercial, healthcare, government, and retail sectors, working with a mix of asset owners and HVAC contractors.

Position
This role is for a BMS & Automation Engineer to take technical ownership of projects across new build and existing building environments.

You will be responsible for full engineering duties including solutions design, programming, commissioning, and handover, while also providing technical leadership and mentoring to other engineers.

Systems include Tridium Niagara and Johnson Controls.

You
You will be an experienced BMS / Automation Engineer with a robust background delivering projects end‑to‑end Ideally you will have 2 - 5 years in the space.

You’ll be comfortable working independently, working with others,



and engaging with clients.

Exposure to Niagara and/or Johnson Controls is desirable, along with a desire to continue developing technically and professionally.
