Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Consultant, you'll proactively engage with SME customers over the phone, identify their needs and uncover opportunities to grow and retain their business.This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven sales workplace suited to someone who enjoys speaking with customers, working towards targets and being rewarded for results.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing SME customers
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Identify and convert sales opportunities
- Drive customer retention and revenue growth
- Achieve individual sales and activity targets
- Manage customer information and activity through CRM
- Handle objections and confidently close sales

Candidate Profile

- Experience in outbound sales,



telesales, contact centre sales or account management
- Confident and engaging telephone manner
- Comfortable working to sales KPIs and targets
- Resilient, motivated and commercially minded
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage a high volume of customer conversations
