About the role
CBUS is embarking an exciting journey to elevate its risk culture, frameworks, tools, governance and reporting. As Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving the people side of change across a major risk transformation program, ensuring change initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded across the organisation.
Working closely with Project Managers, SMEs and business stakeholders, you will develop and deliver change strategies, communication and engagement plans, readiness activities and adoption measures. You will manage a portfolio of change initiatives across the program, balancing competing priorities and adapting your approach to the needs and timing of different workstreams. Your ability to influence stakeholders, manage change impacts and build strong working relationships will be critical to helping CBUS achieve sustainable transformation outcomes.
Key accountabilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop change and readiness strategies
- Create and deliver communication, engagement and adoption plans to support successful change outcomes
- Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to implement and embed change initiatives
- Identify change risks and resistance points, implementing effective mitigation strategies
- Monitor, measure and report on change progress, adoption and business readiness outcomes
What will you bring?
- Experience in a similar Change Manager or Change Lead role delivering Risk or Culture transformation in Superannuation, Financial Services or a similar regulated industry
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and coaching capabilities
- Robust planning, analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage a portfolio of concurrent change initiatives, balance multiple competing priorities and adapt flexibly as program needs evolve
- Experience delivering risk, regulatory or compliance-related change programs will be highly regarded
