The Position
Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a proven executive leader to join the organisation as Chief Corporate Services Officer. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this newly established role will lead a broad portfolio spanning finance, people and culture, technology, procurement, business intelligence, information management and corporate governance.
The Chief Corporate Services Officer will lead the ongoing modernisation of services, ensuring systems, processes and people are aligned to support high-quality healthcare delivery across the region.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of performance driven leadership within a large and complex workplace. They will have demonstrated experience involving corporate services portfolios, navigating organisational change and providing strategic advice at Board level. Equally important will be the ability to bring people together, build trust, foster accountability and promote enterprise-wide collaboration.
You will combine sound judgement, deep financial and commercial acumen and governance capability with a genuine commitment to culture, people and service excellence.
Candidates from a broad range of sector backgrounds will be considered, provided they can demonstrate success in leading complex corporate services functions in a large, purpose-driven organisation.
Experience as the accountable financial officer (e.g. CFO, CCSO, Executive Director Finance) while not mandated will be well regarded.
