Karridale House Pty Ltd, trading as the Margaret River Motel, is nestled in the heart of the Margaret River township and we are currently seeking an individual to manage this iconic property.

Job Requirements

- Direct and oversee all aspects of the Motel including reservations, reception and housekeeping activities

- Supervise security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance

- Assess and review customer satisfaction, addressing concerns as they arise

- Oversee accounting and purchasing activities including budget management

- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

- Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation when required

- Work with Marketing on rebranding of site

- Oversee renovations as required

About You

- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Business Management or similar

- 3+ years experience in a similar motel manager role

- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills,



with the ability to multitask effectively

- Experience with Newbook preferable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A “can-do” attitude

- A valid driver's licence and the ability to work flexible schedule, including after hours, weekends and public holidays when required
