The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our 15-months-to-2-years studio.





This is an opportunity for an educator who believes that early childhood is a precious and powerful stage of life, and who is committed to creating an environment where children, families and educators can thrive together.

In this role, you will:

- Inspire and guide your team – lead with confidence, collaboration and care, creating a space where both children and adults feel valued, supported and empowered to grow.
- Design meaningful learning environments – thoughtfully create spaces and experiences that spark curiosity, invite exploration and extend young children's thinking, learning and development.
- Champion every child's rights – advocate for children's voices, agency, wellbeing and belonging, while celebrating childhood as a vital stage of life in its own right.
- Partner with families – build genuine, respectful relationships with families and recognise them as their child's first and most important community.
- Uphold excellence – embed the principles of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and contemporary early childhood practice into your everyday leadership and pedagogy.
- Lead reflective practice – encourage your team to question, reflect, learn and continually strengthen the quality of experiences and outcomes for every child.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning.



You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:

- An Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
- A commitment to child and cultural safety.
- An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
