The Role:





We’re looking for passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators to join our team at Harmony Early Education East Brisbane.

If you’re flexible and happy to work across a variety of shifts, including opening and closing shifts, and you’re passionate about creating meaningful experiences for children, you’ll feel right at home at Harmony.

- Collaborating with a team that reflects, grows and learns together, sharing ideas and continuously looking for ways to make a difference.

About You:

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:

- A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).




- Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
- A commitment to child and cultural safety.
- An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
- A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts between 6.30am and 6.30pm.
