FACTORY MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and capable person to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our cabinetmaking factory. This is a key position within our business, working closely with management, drafting, administration and the factory team to keep jobs moving efficiently through production.

· Managing daily factory workflow and production priorities

· Coordinating and supervising factory staff

· Planning labour and resources around upcoming projects

· Working closely with drafting and management on production requirements

· Identifying and resolving production issues before they cause delays

· Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality control

· Monitoring jobs through the various stages of manufacture

· Helping maintain an organised, productive and professional factory

· Ensuring projects are ready for installation when required

QUALIFIED CABINETMAKERS

We are looking for experienced cabinetmakers who take genuine pride in their workmanship. Our work is predominantly custom cabinetry, so this is not a repetitive production-line position. You will work across a variety of interesting projects and should be confident in:

· Reading and interpreting production drawings

· Manufacturing high-quality custom cabinetry





· Working independently when required

· Problem solving and finding practical solutions

· Working effectively as part of a production team

· Maintaining excellent attention to detail from start to finish

CABINET INSTALLER

We are looking for an experienced cabinet installer to join our installation team. Our installers are the final representation of our business on site, so quality, presentation and attention to detail are extremely important to us.

· Installing high-quality custom cabinetry

· Reading and interpreting drawings

· Working independently on site

· Identifying and resolving installation issues

· Communicating professionally with clients, builders, management and our office

· Maintaining excellent finishing standards

· Taking responsibility for the quality of the completed installation

You will need to be reliable, organised and take pride in leaving every job properly finished.

FACTORY HAND / STOCK & FACTORY SUPPORT

We are looking for a reliable, organised and proactive person to support the day-to-day operation of our factory. This is more than a traditional factory hand position. You will work closely with our factory team, administration and management and play an important role in keeping the factory organised, stocked and operating efficiently.

· Monitoring stock levels of hardware, materials and factory consumables

· Liaising with administration and management regarding stock requirements and purchasing

· Receiving and checking incoming deliveries

· Putting away and organising stock





· Identifying low-stock items before they become a problem

· Assisting with stocktakes and maintaining accurate stock information

· Preparing and organising materials and hardware for upcoming jobs

· Assisting cabinetmakers and production staff when required

· Maintaining organised storage and factory areas

· General hands-on factory duties

Basic computer skills and good communication skills are important for this position. Previous cabinetmaking, manufacturing, warehousing or stores experience would be an advantage, but we are equally interested in finding someone with the right attitude, initiative and organisational ability.
