We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and take ownership of a busy 360 recruitment desk. With a strong flow of roles and established client relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to join a respected agency and play a key role in our continued growth.

The Role

- Manage the full end-to-end 360 recruitment process
- Build and develop new and existing client relationships
- Prepare job ads, position descriptions and selection criteria
- Source, screen, shortlist and place candidates
- Maintain strong, long-term candidate relationships

About You
- Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing or sales




- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage your own desk
- Results-driven with experience meeting KPIs
- Qualified, confident and relationship-focused
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
