Take the lead at an exciting recent hospitality venue opening in Regional NSW in December 2026.

This large, family-friendly venue will feature a busy bistro and bar, beer garden, children’s play area and dedicated sports bar. We’re seeking an accomplished Head Chef to build the kitchen team, shape the food offering and lead the operation from opening day.
Regional sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

The Role You will take full ownership of the kitchen, including:

- Recruiting, leading and developing a team of 20+ staff
- Managing high-volume food service and daily operations
- Creating modern, commercially successful pub menus
- Delivering consistent food quality and presentation
- Managing food costs, labour, purchasing and stock
- Building relationships with local suppliers
- Maintaining WHS, food safety and HACCP standards
- Working closely with venue management to deliver an outstanding guest experience

About You You will bring:





- 2–3 years’ experience leading a large-scale pub or high-volume kitchen
- Proven success managing a substantial kitchen team
- Strong financial and operational skills
- A passion for quality food and local produce
- Confident leadership and excellent communication
- Relevant commercial cookery qualifications
