This is a hands-on warehousing role focused on stock movement, receiving deliveries, forklift operation and general warehouse management.
Key responsibilities
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Forklift operation
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Moving pallets and stock throughout the warehouse
- Pallet wrapping and preparation
- Organising and maintaining warehouse storage areas
- Replenishing stock between warehouse locations
- Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
- Breaking down and organising incoming shipments
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
About you
- Holds a current forklift licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Confident operating a forklift walkie/stacker and moving pallets
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attention to detail
- Can work independently and use initiative
- Takes pride in keeping a warehouse organised
- Works well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
