What you'll actually be doing





You'll learn how to take a customer from their first enquiry all the way through to settlement.

That includes:

- Speaking with new and existing customers about their finance requirements

- Building rapport and understanding what the customer is trying to achieve

- Gathering information and supporting documentation

- Learning how to assess different customer scenarios

- Understanding lender policies, products and credit requirements

- Identifying suitable lender options

- Preparing and progressing finance applications

- Communicating with lenders, customers, dealers and referral partners

- Following applications through approval and settlement

- Keeping customers updated throughout the process

- Learning responsible lending, compliance and best-practice broking

- Developing your sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills

- Building repeat and referral business as your experience grows

You won't just be watching from the sidelines.

The goal is to progressively develop you into someone who can confidently manage their own deals and customers.

Who we're looking for

Finance experience is helpful, but it isn't essential.

We would rather hire someone with the right attitude and train them properly.

You could currently be working in:

- Sales

- Automotive

- Banking

- Lending

- Real estate

- Customer service

- Business development

- Recruitment

- Telecommunications

- Hospitality

- Or another performance-driven environment





You might also be a graduate or someone simply looking for an opportunity to break into finance.

You'll probably do well here if you:
