About the Role
We are looking to appoint a Care Services Manager for our Dulwich, SA team urgently.
This is a key people and operational leadership role responsible for leading the care team, supporting clients and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
We are looking for an experienced Aged Care leader who is people-focused, confident managing teams and able to make sound decisions in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the care team.
- Manage day-to-day service delivery and operational priorities.
- Build a positive, accountable and people-centric culture.
- Manage performance, supervision and team development.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, staff and stakeholders.
- Monitor client needs, incidents, risks and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care requirements and organisational standards.
- Monitor team performance, workforce needs and service quality.
- Use reporting and data to identify issues and improve outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across care systems and processes.
- Ensure safe,



consistent and person-centred service delivery.

About You
Aged Care experience and strong people management skills are essential.
