We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join a leading manufacturing company based in Villawood. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing casual work with an immediate start.

What's on Offer:

- $33.85 per hour
- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift – 6:00am / 7:00am starts
- 38 hours per week
- Ongoing casual position
- Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

- Following batch sheets and ingredient instructions
- Mixing liquids and powders using industrial tanks and stirrers
- Measuring and decanting ingredients accurately
- Packing finished products
- Picking and putting away stock for production
- Receiving and storing incoming deliveries
- Completing product repacks
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Manual handling of products up to 20kg

To Be Successful You Will Have:

- Previous experience in manufacturing,



production or machine operation
- Experience with mixing, batching or blending (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
- A good work ethic and reliable attendance
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- A commitment to workplace safety and quality

This role involves working with strong-smelling ingredients and chemical products. All required PPE is provided.
