We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team supporting a client located in Northbridge. We are offering permanent part time contracts. This role involves working with a client with complex support needs and requires confident, skilled workers who are comfortable with personal care, manual handling, and managing challenging behaviours.

What is involved:

- A person-centered approach in guiding, coaching and supporting.

Essential Criteria

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker
- Proven experience supporting clients with complex needs
- Strong manual handling and hoisting experience
- Experience managing challenging behaviours
- Excellent English communication skills




- Valid driver’s licence and confidence driving vans
- Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts
