At Khudruj Real Estate, we have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, organised, and driven individual to join our team in a Leasing Consultant / Business Development Manager (BDM) role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be involved in all aspects of leasing and business development within Property Management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up rental references and process rental applications

* Conduct open for inspections and private inspections (including Saturdays)

* Communicate effectively with prospective Renters

* Nurture and maintain relationships with Rental Providers throughout the leasing campaign

* Process new lease agreements

* Produce electronic documentation and manage administrative tasks

* Advertise new and existing properties for lease, ensuring compliance with each property accordingly

* Conduct follow-up calls with prospective Renters

* Generate new business through cold calling, networking events, promotions, and creative prospecting





* Develop and maintain a strong business development pipeline by identifying and converting new management opportunities

* Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach

* Driven to achieve results and grow a property management portfolio

* Enjoys building relationships and working as part of a team
