We're currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established construction business with a strong pipeline of commercial D&C; projects across Western Sydney.

This is a genuine opportunity for a Site Manager who knows how to run a site, lead subcontractors and trades, and deliver projects from ground-up construction through to handover.

Projects typically range from $5M to $20M, with experience in the education sector highly regarded.

About the role

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of your project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team.

You'll be responsible for:

- Managing all site operations from mobilisation through to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and suppliers
- Driving the construction program and project milestones
- Managing site logistics and sequencing
- Maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Managing QA, inspections and defects
- Running toolbox talks and site meetings




- Liaising with consultants, clients and project stakeholders
- Identifying and resolving issues before they impact the program
- Ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to specification

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is experienced, organised and commercially minded, with the confidence to take control of a busy construction site.

You'll ideally bring:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction
- Strong D&C; project experience
- Experience delivering projects valued between $5M and $20M
- Strong subcontractor and trade management capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing and site operations
- The ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- A strong commitment to WHS, quality and project outcomes
- Education sector experience is highly desirable
