HR Driver – Gladstone Region
Engage is currently seeking experienced HR Drivers
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a reliable approach to work. You’ll need to be comfortable getting out of the truck and assisting with on-site duties when required.

- Pay rate: $47.49 + Penalties
- Immediate start for the right candidate
- Monday-Friday with the opportunity of overtime
- Hours of work: 6am-2:30pm
- Ongoing and casual opportunities.
- Opportunities to work with reputable clients across the Gladstone region.
- Variety of driving and hands-on site-based work.

About the Role

- Safely operate HR vehicles in accordance with company and site requirements.
- Perform manual labouring duties as required.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach at all times.

To Be Successful, You Will Have





- Current HR Driver Licence (essential)
- White Card (essential)
- Hook Truck driving experience (preferred)
- Previous labouring, civil, construction or industrial experience.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- A willingness to undertake physical labour and assist wherever required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening.
