About the Role

- immunisations, wound care, chronic disease management

- Minor procedures assistance, ECGs, spirometry, patient triage

- Health assessments, chronic disease care planning

- Recalls, reminders, stock management

About You:

- Registered Nurse with current unrestricted AHPRA registration

- Experience in GP practice nursing (essential)

- Confident with Best Practice software (or willing to learn)

- Friendly, adaptable, and highly organised
