A second-generation family owned company, Minus 1 moves temperature sensitive freight all over Australia.

With depots in Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and more on the way, we have more than 200 vehicles and 200 trailers on the move every day.

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis at our Rocklea, QLD site.

This role is full time Monday to Friday, with some overtime and occasional weekend work when required.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage and stock control.

- Lead, support and coordinate a team of forklift drivers and warehouse staff.

- Maintain stock integrity and compliance with cold chain responsibilities and temperature-sensitive requirements.

- Ensure HACCP, DAFF and company compliance standards are maintained at all times.

- Oversee load planning, matching and warehouse workflow activities.

- Monitor warehouse safety and promote a strong safety-first culture.

- Loading and unloading of deliveries.

- Manifesting and transport documentation.

- Complete warehouse administration, including run sheets, handovers and stock records.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, cost savings and operational efficiencies.

- General warehouse duties, including temperature checking and logging.





The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role.

- Minimum 3 years' experience within the Transport and Logistics industry.

- Warehousing experience, preferably within a cold storage environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.

- A current Forklift Licence with high reach experience.

- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety requirements.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.

- The ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays when required.

- A strong work ethic and positive team-focused attitude.
