Supporting our practitioner team and our loyal patients in equal parts, you will work in a friendly and supportive environment, with the opportunity to access comprehensive training and career growth.

This is a energetic and challenging role with an interesting range of tasks to complete across the day. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of exceptional General Practitioners and Allied Health practitioners, in a collaborative, tight-knit administration team.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Answering patient queries;

- Checking in patients;

- Liaising with healthcare providers;

- Managing clinical documentation;

- Drafting emails; and,

- Processing billings.

Your background

We're looking for outgoing, friendly people who are keen to learn new things and enjoy being challenged at work. If you have a demonstrated interest in healthcare that is also a bonus.

We value previous experience acquired in a range of industries:





- Administration roles of all kinds;

- Supervisory roles in hospitality; and

- Supervisory roles in retail.

The role requires:

- Effective written communication skills;

- High level of attention to detail;

- Strong interpersonal skills;

- Strong organisation and work flow management skills;

- Confident communication style;

- Strong IT skills and capacity to learn new multi-faceted IT systems

Hours and availability

Part time role ~20-30 hours per week, and may include one after hours shift 2.00pm - 9.00pm and/or one weekend shift 8.00am - 2.00pm.

Min 12 months commitment required

Due to the dynamic nature of this role and the depth of training required, we request candidates are able to make a min 12 month commitment and do not have any visa restrictions that limit their capacity to do so.
