About the role

This is a hands-on horticultural and landscape maintenance position with variety across a range of high-quality Gold Coast properties.

Key responsibilities

- Garden and landscape maintenance
- Plant health and horticultural care
- Pruning and planting
- Detailed garden presentation
- Hedging
- Identifying pest, disease and plant health issues
- Soil and water management
- Supporting landscape improvement projects
- General grounds maintenance
- Working alongside the wider Nowlandscapes team across larger sites

About you

- Certificate III in Horticulture or a relevant equivalent qualification
- Practical horticultural or landscape maintenance experience
- Robust plant knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Pride in producing a high-quality finished result

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
