We’re currently seeking experienced Food & Beverage Attendants and Guest Service Officers to join a premium airport lounge team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for polished hospitality professionals who enjoy delivering exceptional customer service in a quick-paced, premium environment.

Responsibilities

Working as part of the lounge team, you’ll help create a welcoming and seamless experience for guests. Depending on your experience, duties may include:

- Providing professional food and beverage service
- Welcoming guests and assisting with general lounge enquiries
- Preparing and serving quality barista coffee
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across guest and service areas
- Using POS and Lounge Management Systems
- Supporting the wider team during busy service periods
- Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and presentation

Your Profile

To be successful, you will need:

- Current RSA – mandatory
- Previous experience within hospitality,



food & beverage or guest services
- Previous 5-star, premium hotel, airline lounge or similar high-end hospitality experience – essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Fluent English and confidence communicating with a diverse range of guests
- Professional presentation and excellent grooming standards
- Confidence using POS systems and phones
- Barista skills with the ability to prepare quality coffee
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, customer-facing environment
- Reliability, punctuality and a positive, team-focused attitude

Experience with lounge-specific POS or management systems will be highly regarded.

We are looking for candidates with flexibility to work across typical shifts including:

- Morning: 6:30am – 2:30pm
- Evening: 5:00pm – 10:30pm

Applicants should be comfortable with early starts and evening shifts and be able to transport to the airport via public transport.
