About the Chance
Established tier 2 builder is delivering a high-profile $30M education development in Mount Ommaney, and we are seeking an experienced, proactive Foreman to join the live site team.

Working directly alongside a seasoned Site Manager, you will take ownership of daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, short-term programming, and quality assurance. This is an ideal role for a strong trade-background Foreman who thrives on an active floor, values clear communication, and wants to work with a respected builder known for quality delivery and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Leadership: Manage day-to-day trade activities, sequence subbies, and maintain high safety and quality standards across all phases of the build.
- Short-Term Programming: Drive 2-to-4 week lookahead schedules to keep the project tracking on time and on budget.
- Safety & QA: Enforce site safety compliance, conduct toolbox talks, manage site inductions, and oversee strict quality control documentation.
- Problem Solving: Identify on-site conflicts early, work through structural/architectural details,



and keep work flowing smoothly without compromising standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Build strong working relationships with subbies while holding them accountable to project specs and milestones.

What You’ll Bring

- Experience: Proven track record as a Foreman on commercial, institutional, or educational builds ($15M–$40M+ scope preferred).
- Trade Background: Carpentry or trade qualification with strong technical construction knowledge.
- Site Drive: Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and site logistics.
- Communication: Ability to lead subbies effectively and work seamlessly with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and client representatives.
- Safety First: Uncompromising focus on site safety compliance and culture.
