We’re an adult mother and daughter duo living in Pinjarra and we’re on the lookout for a reliable, proactive, and motivated female support worker to join our team.

About the Role

You’ll be working directly with us, our dedicated team and family delegates. Your support will help us:

- Live independently in our home

- Access and enjoy our local community

- Travel to Perth for work, activities and appointments

- Explore exciting new opportunities for work and meaningful roles

- Flexibility is essential

- 24-hour shifts available, including weekdays and weekends

- Shorter shifts available as well

- You’ll be joining a rotating roster with some flexibility to make it work for you as well as us

- You’ll be employed directly by us and our family

- Experience is great, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality support are even more important
