This role is casual, with weekend and weekday shifts available at our Loganholme practice and other nearby practices across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Across our practices we offer expert customer care, and our teams work with the must-have eyewear brands & lenses, so you can match your great skills with great products.

As an Optical Dispenser, your passion for style, attention to detail and customer-first mind-set will enable you to build genuine connections with customers and ensure they get the best possible solutions, whilst expanding on our existing loyal customer base and supporting the team to achieve set KPIs and revenue targets.

The Optical Co are well-established optical stores across Brisbane and the Gold Coast – we know our local communities value their vision, and your role will be to work closely with our experienced Optometrists and practice teams to ensure patients get the right optical products and solutions to meet their needs, and experience world-class service.

The skills & experience we seek

- Optical dispensing qualifications and experience are essential for this position

- A track-record of sound retail experience in patient-focused optical environments

- Excellent communication skills and impeccable personal presentation

- An ability to work with a variety of customers and patients to assist with their product selections

- Ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic team
