Service Administrator - Fire Protection

Full Time - Leading Fire Protection contractor

A well established fire protection contractor delivering projects and service works across commercial, infrastructure, and complex environments.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring on a highly organised Service Administrator to support their service division, working closely with technicians, supervisors, and clients to ensure the smooth delivery of maintenance and service operations.

This is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of work and long-term stability, offering exposure to a range of high-profile projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule service technicians across multiple sites
- Manage incoming service requests, emails, and client enquiries
- Raise and manage work orders, quotes, and service documentation using Uptick
- Maintain accurate records in Uptick and ensure compliance tracking
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to support delivery
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general administrative support




- Ensure service works are tracked and completed in line with contractual and compliance requirements

About You:

- Previous experience in fire protection in a Service Administrator / Service Coordinator role
- Experience using Uptick is highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and field teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
