About the role

Join the dedicated team at Cooinda House, a specialised aged care service within Community and Oral Health, where you'll play an important role in supporting older people with complex healthcare needs. Working collaboratively with an interprofessional healthcare team, you will deliver high-quality clinical care, respond to changing patient needs and support residents and their families throughout their healthcare journey. About you

- Apply clinical nursing expertise in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents of Cooinda House.
- Respond effectively to changes in resident health status through comprehensive assessment, clinical judgement and timely intervention.

families and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support positive health outcomes and quality of life.
