About the Role

As a PCA, you'll provide quality, person-centred care and support to clients and residents. Duties may include:

- Personal care and daily living support

- Mobility and transfers

- Meals and hydration

- Companionship and emotional support





- Following care plans and reporting changes

- Supporting a safe and respectful workplace

Community roles involve travelling between clients' homes across Adelaide and providing personalised care in the community.

About You

We're looking for PCAs who have:

- Previous paid PCA/PCW/Aged Care experience

- Excellent communication and a genuine passion for care

- Confidence working independently and as part of a team

- Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

- Working with Children Check where applicable

- Relevant immunisation records

- Full Australian working rights

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for community work
