The Role
We’re looking for a Mobile Commercial Cleaner focusing on Periodical Services Specialist to join our team. You’ll be on the move, servicing a wide region from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, and as far as Toowoomba.

Your work will include:

- Specialised periodical cleaning – hard floor maintenance, carpet shampooing, strip & seals, building washdowns, high-pressure cleaning, and more.

- Operating and maintaining cleaning machinery (e.g. polivac, walk-behind sweepers/scrubbers).

- Coordinating with Area Managers, Operations, and clients to schedule and complete jobs.

- Ensuring all work meets SPS’s high standards for safety, quality, and presentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in periodical cleaning, this is not an entry-level role.

- Solid organisational and time management skills.





- Great communicator, professional, approachable, and a good listener.

- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

- Eye for detail and pride in delivering top results.

- Flexible with hours, most work will be after hours and some weekends.

Essential

- Current Driver’s Licence (car).

- Hands-on experience with commercial cleaning equipment.

- Commitment to safe work practices and WHS requirements.

- Strong work ethic and reliability.

- EWP licence (preferred but not essential).
