Project Manager

- Full time/Fixed term (12 months contract)
- Health Professionals and Support Services Award, Support Services Stream, Level 8
- Remote (Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane location preferred)

We provide unique digital psychosocial support services to those most in need, including individual and group-based support, provided by allied health or peer-qualified staff and volunteers. In addition, we educate, reduce stigma, advocate and drive systemic change.

About the role
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Project manage the end-to-end delivery of assigned strategic projects, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to organisational objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, stakeholder engagement plans and project documentation.
- Work with project sponsors and stakeholders to define, manage and deliver project scope, objectives, outcomes and success measures.
- Coordinate internal teams, partners, funders and external stakeholders to drive delivery, manage dependencies and resolve issues.
- Monitor and manage project risks, issues, decisions and governance requirements, escalating where required.
- Provide clear project reporting, stakeholder communication and PMO engagement to support effective decision-making, governance and continuous improvement.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in project management, public health, social sciences or relevant discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in project management roles and demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional projects within agreed scope, timelines and budgets
- Demonstrated experience working within established project management procedures, governance processes, reporting expectations, software and tools
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organisation, risk management and delivery.
- Ability to lead, influence and coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgement and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities,
deadlines and changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
