Araluen is seeking a Practice Leader to join our home and living team.

Position Purpose
Practice Leaders provide high-level operational leadership to ensure the delivery of person-centred, rights-based services that promote independence, empowerment, and inclusion for participants. As a Practice Leader, you will guide, mentor,
and support staff to deliver high-quality, proactive care aligned with best practices. You will play a key role in staff development, ensuring practices reflect Active Support, reflective learning, and skill-building that enhances participant outcomes.

This role will be overseeing two sites and the core hours would be Monday to Friday rotating roster hours will be between 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. There is a requirement to be on a roster for afterhours emergency support for Home & Living. Salary and employment conditions will be determined in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 (SCHADS Award), Social and Community Services Stream,
Level 4 and will be commensurate with the successful candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, and demonstrated competencies.
