Your role will incorporate complete holistic assessments, develop appropriate care plans, evaluate and make clinical decisions, guide care staff, and improve the quality of life of residents. Permanent Full time: 76 hours per fortnight $89,000 - 91,000 per annum plus 12% super plus NFP Tax Benefits with Maxxia.

About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated Aged Care/Hospital experience
- Availability to work a rotating roster which includes morning, afternoon and night duties
- Ability to communicate effectively and patiently with a range of residents with a variety of health issues
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with older people
- Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments, documentation and funding submissions
