The Role
As the Pre-Planning Consultant, you'll be responsible for growing your portfolio through community engagement, referral partnerships and personalised client consultations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Meeting with clients to discuss future planning solutions tailored to their individual needs
- Building referral relationships with community organisations, healthcare professionals and local businesses
- Networking within your region to generate new business opportunities




- Preparing proposals, quotations and service agreements
- Clearly explaining available options, pricing and payment arrangements
- Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Achieving monthly sales and business development targets
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to completion
- Representing the organisation at local events and networking opportunities

About You

You're someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust and providing thoughtful, personalised advice. You're commercially minded, naturally empathetic and motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes for your clients.

You'll bring:

- Experience in consultative sales, business development, financial services, insurance, wealth management or customer-focused roles
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- A proactive attitude with a passion for growing new business
- Strong organisational and administration skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- A current unrestricted driver's licence
